Healthy Eating

The BBC has a piece about the health benefits of chocolate. Apparently, it's stuffed full of antioxidants. They report in particular that dark chocolate has more of them, and that you need to eat twice as much milk chocolate to get the same amount of antioxidant -- but they say that as though it's a bad thing!

So remember everyone, if you eat milk chocolate then for the sake of your health you need to eat twice as much.
